Privacy Policy

This is the official privacy policy for the Conduit Fill: NEC Calculator iOS app and https://conduitcalc.txyou.com. Operator contact: support@conduitcalc.txyou.com.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information in the app. The app does not create an account or ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or tracking permission. There are no ads, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, and no third-party advertising or social SDKs.

What stays on the device

Jobs, the last-opened job, a day-mode toggle, unlock state, and the first-launch disclaimer flag are stored on the device (UserDefaults and Application Support). That data never leaves the device unless you back the phone up with your own Apple ID tools (for example iCloud Backup). Deleting the app removes local jobs.

Purchases (StoreKit)

The app is free to download. An optional one-time in-app purchase (unlock.pro.799, $7.99 USD or local equivalent) unlocks voltage drop, wire size, 2023 and 2026 tables, more saved jobs, and a clean inspector PDF. Apple processes that payment through StoreKit. We do not receive your name, email, Apple ID, or card number from a purchase. Apple’s privacy policy covers App Store billing. Restore Purchases re-reads Apple’s purchase record for the signed-in Apple ID; it does not send data to our servers.

This website

This site is a static compliance and support site. It does not set advertising cookies or load third-party analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and timestamp to deliver the pages and protect the site. We do not use that data to profile visitors or to advertise. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and then keep it as long as needed for that support thread.
